Job summary

Dementia UK is seeking a Mass Participation Assistant (Engagement) to support the delivery of our mass participation fundraising programme. You will engage supporters daily via phone, email, SMS and online communities, and help maintain efficient systems that underpin our campaigns.

You will contribute to improving the supporter journey, create engaging social content, and collaborate with Virtual Events and Owned Products teams.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for supporter fundraising enquiries via phone, email and online communities.
• Provide administrative support across Virtual Events and Owned Products teams.
• Develop and maintain resources and testing ideas to improve the supporter journey.
• Create engaging social content and support Volunteer Facebook Group Champions.
