Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in life sciences, pharma, healthcare or strategy consulting.
• Experience across pricing, market access, and value communications.
• Ability to translate complex clinical, economic, and market evidence into compelling value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior day-to-day client contact and lead project teams across value communications and PMA engagements.
• Develop compelling value propositions and communication strategies grounded in evidence.
• Lead pricing and market access strategy projects including stakeholder needs, access landscapes, and value proposition development.
• Translate research and analysis into clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
• Develop senior-level client materials, including value narratives and executive presentations.
• Mentor consultants and analysts across project workstreams.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure high-quality, commercially relevant recommendations.
• Present findings to senior client audiences and facilitate workshops.
