Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or business is required; advanced degree such as MBA or PhD preferred.
• 5–7 years of life sciences strategy consulting experience.
• Leadership experience in PM&A, including market access, reimbursement, pricing, value and evidence, and diligence support.
• Thought leader with broad PM&A experience across US and global markets.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and client-facing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manages 2–5 PM&A projects with varying complexity.
• Lead a range of PM&A project types and establish order and structure.
• Exhibits strong project management, raises issues early, designs effective agendas.
• Elevates output quality with clear direction and concise storytelling.
• Collaborates with leadership for thought partnership and client relationship management.
