Job summary

EY-Parthenon in London seeks a Senior Consultant (Manager) to lead pricing and market access strategy engagements for Life Sciences. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, manage senior stakeholders and deliver evidence-based recommendations to enable successful launches across pharma, biotech and medtech clients.

You will contribute to developing payer strategies, value propositions and launch readiness, while collaborating with HEOR, medical affairs and broader commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in strategy or market access consulting
• Experience leading multiple projects with scope, timeline and budget
• Expertise across pricing, reimbursement and market access

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of engagements and workstreams
• Structure pricing and market access questions and oversee primary/secondary research
• Direct work across pricing, reimbursement, payer strategy, HTA and evidence strategy
• Design and lead payer interviews, advisory boards and client workshops
• Synthesize evidence into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Grow the practice through opportunities, proposals and thought leadership
