Job summary

Trinity Life Sciences, a leader in life sciences commercialization, seeks an Engagement Manager for London. You will lead EVAP project teams, manage client relationships, and deliver strategic recommendations on value, access, and pricing. Mentoring junior staff and supporting business development are key parts of the role.

The role requires a strong track record from a top-tier biopharma strategy firm, plus excellent communication and analytical skills. Hybrid UK work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record in health sciences, economics or HEOR is preferred.
• At least 5+ years at a top-tier biopharmaceutical strategy consulting firm.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and teams with strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact for EVAP engagements and lead internal teams.
• Liaise with leadership to ensure outputs include actionable recommendations on value, access, and pricing.
• Coach junior staff and coordinate workstreams with project managers and leadership.
• Create client-ready materials, interim deliverables, and final reports.
• Deliver thought leadership in evidence strategy, value, market access, and pricing.
