Accenture UK seeks an Medical Communications Account Manager in London to lead client programmes across medical, strategy, creative and digital teams. You will build trusted partnerships, translate client challenges into actionable plans and deliver complex healthcare programmes with a focus on quality and impact.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, forecast needs and develop opportunities to deepen client relationships while mentoring junior colleagues and driving growth

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare agency work with pharmaceutical codes and guidelines
• Build and nurture client relationships
• Manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and workstreams
• Work in cross-functional teams across medical, strategy, creative, digital and engagement
• Strong commercial awareness including budgeting and forecasting
• Exceptional communication skills
• Problem solving linking client objectives to innovative solutions
