Codurance is looking for an Engagement Manager to help build and lead teams in London or Manchester. You will manage client relationships, liaise with stakeholders, and drive value across diverse projects while collaborating with BD and marketing on proposals.

The role supports developing Codurance’s delivery capability and culture, with a hybrid work model. You will work across projects to ensure client and team happiness, identify opportunities, and manage risks to deliver results.

Formación

• Client engagement: build relationships with strategic stakeholders, advise and align on vision.
• Account development: identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and drive commercial success.
• Project management: plan and execute technical/product strategy, identify and manage risks.
• Experience with multi-team dependencies to optimise delivery and navigate challenges.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills across diverse teams.
• Willingness to coach and grow teams.

Responsabilidades

• Work across multiple client projects to ensure value delivery for clients and Codurance people.
• Help with proposals and business development activities.
