Model ML is seeking an Engagement Manager to own end-to-end client outcomes by translating client problems into scalable Model ML workflows. You will run a clean operating cadence, maintain dashboards, and drive adoption through governance and clear communication.

The role requires turning ambiguous asks into scoped delivery plans with measurable outcomes, while building trusted client relationships and coordinating with Growth, Engineering and Product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in private equity, investment banking, or tier 1 consultancies.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end client outcomes by translating problems into scalable Model ML workflows.
• Maintain clean tracking across dashboards, hubs, and Notion; surface risks early.
