You will work directly with the founders to design the systems, operating rhythms, and information infrastructure enabling rapid, high-quality execution across product, GTM, engagements, data, hiring, and internal operations. Your role is to ensure the company sees clearly and executes intelligently, not merely manage projects.

Responsabilités

• Build and own the company operating system including leadership cadence and KPI infrastructure.
• Ensure leadership can access critical company information quickly and reliably.
• Design decision infrastructure with dashboards, reporting systems and escalation paths.
• Identify and redirect misallocated resources across GTM, engagements, engineering and data.
• Convert ambiguity into actionable operating plans with clear ownership.
• Monitor customer signals across trials, deployments and engagements to inform decisions.
