Job summary

The Brakenhale School is seeking an Engagement Lead to support staff, pupils and families, helping the school run effectively and efficiently. You will implement provisions for vulnerable students and oversee interventions, while contributing to safeguarding for this cohort and monitoring individual needs.

Qualifications

Has relevant qualifications within education, SEN or behaviour.
Appropriate experience of operating in a similar role.
Able to build relationships with students and families that are hardest to reach.
Experience of implementing systems and processes to support vulnerable students.

Responsibilities

Implement and oversee provisions for our most vulnerable students and families.
Ensure the implementation of interventions is excellent.
Play a role in safeguarding for this cohort of students.
Regularly monitor each student through assessing, planning and reviewing individual needs.
