Job summary

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Engagement Lead for Rehabilitation and High Support (RHS) on a flexible basis in the Ashton-under-Lyne area. The role focuses on service development, coproduction with service users, carers and staff, and driving the quality agenda across inpatient and community settings.

You will work within the RHS Quality Team, contribute to the Care Hub’s quality strategy and clinical effectiveness, and travel across the Trust footprint with flexible

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent in relevant health related area of practice
• Experience of change management within health related area of practice.
• Recognised leadership or management qualification
• Recognised project qualification or willingness to work towards e.g. PRINCE 2
• Educated Masters level in relevant health related area of practice

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse development opportunities and provide project management; lead on specific work streams.
• Delivery of actions from peer reviews, quality strategy and audits.
• Improve service user experience and develop a sustainable health and wellbeing college for self-management.
• Implement Triangle of Care and Family and Carer Strategy for quality care experiences.
• Develop co-production within the Care Hub and patient forums; collaborate on dashboards with the Head of Quality.
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision where required
