Job summary

The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust's HMR Community Therapy Service in Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale is seeking a Band 7 Team Lead with clinical, professional and managerial responsibility for the community therapy service.

The post holder will lead a multidisciplinary team, planning advanced assessments, delivering interventions, managing a caseload, and driving service development, governance and staff supervision to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Clinical, professional and managerial responsibility for the community therapy service.
• Independently plan, complete advanced assessment and deliver interventions.
• Lead day-to-day operational management and governance for the team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service operations and staff performance.
• Drive service development and supervise registered and non-registered staff.
• Provide specialist therapy advice to the trust and other health professionals.
• Ensure adherence to local and national guidelines and targets.
