Job summary

Qualifications

• First level registration (RMN or equivalent) with current license to practice and CPD.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development and postgraduate diploma level or higher.
• Experience leading inpatient CAMHS services and complex multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, clinical and strategic leadership across CAMHS inpatient and acute pathways.
• Lead a large multidisciplinary team and ensure safe, effective, compassionate care.
• Drive service improvement, transformation and governance in line with priorities.
• Oversee workforce planning, budgets, bed management and capacity planning.
• Build partnerships with young people, families, commissioners and providers.
