Job summary

White & Case is seeking a temporary Consultant to support the Engagement & Development Operations in London for 12 months. You will assist with the LMS rollout (Workday Learning), budgeting processes, and centralization of E&D documents, while coordinating training and compliance activities.

The role requires strong communication, organization and collaboration across global teams, with close work to finance, events and governance stakeholders during the transition period.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience, with relevant coordination exposure.

Responsibilities

• Support E&D Operations with annual budget processes and monthly expenditure reporting.
• Coordinate LMS rollout and eLearning projects using Workday Learning and iManage.
• Maintain central documentation and filing for merged E&D materials.
• Assist with events, communications and coordination with global teams.
