Job summary

GCS is seeking an experienced Engagement Delivery Manager to manage and grow strategic client relationships across our Project solutions portfolio. The role focuses on delivering recruitment and workforce programmes with a hands-on approach to governance, performance reviews, and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate has a background in staffing, MSP, RPO, or project solutions, a proven track record in client engagement, and a proactive, results-driven mindset to drive service excellence

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Client Engagement, Account Management, MSP, RPO, Staffing, Recruitment, or Project Solutions.
• Strong track record of managing strategic client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Commercially aware, with an understanding of SOWs, SLAs, KPIs, and workforce solution contracts.
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Operations, and Leadership teams.
• A proactive problem solver with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

We're looking for an experienced Engagement Delivery Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing and growing strategic client relationships across our Project solutions portfolio.

This position is ideal for someone with a background in staffing, recruitment, MSP, RPO, or Project solutions who combines strong relationship-building skills with a passion for operational excellence and client success. As the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of recruitment and workforce programmes, leading governance and performance reviews, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving continuous improvement across service delivery. You'll work closely with recruitment, operations, finance, and commercial teams to ensure client objectives, service commitments, and business outcomes are consistently achieved.

About You
