Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze trade reports to influence forecasting, promotional, and Merchandising planning.
  • Impact division/channel performance through trade actions.
  • Drive and optimize the line card process, communicating KPI impacts to stakeholders.
  • Manage WSSI to maximize KPIs and minimize risks.
  • Translate long-term sales plans into department KPIs.
  • Oversee inventory management, collaborating cross-functionally to meet stock and cost targets.
  • Use hindsight analysis for strategic financial planning.
  • Partner with buying teams to develop forward strategies, assessing risks and opportunities.
  • Own the OTB process, optimizing buying strategies to meet KPIs.
  • Oversee seasonal markdowns and communicate with stores.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Utilize brand positioning and market analysis to inform strategies.
  • Conduct store visits and competitor reviews.
  • Develop team skills through coaching and training.
  • Review team progress and participate in company initiatives.
  • Promote team wellness and psychological safety.
