Maidstone Borough Council is seeking an Enforcement Team Leader to manage the Mid Kent Enforcement Team, leading a small group in the collection of unpaid council tax, business rates and parking fines.

You will be responsible for day-to-day delivery, staff motivation, and ensuring high-quality customer service while maintaining accurate financial records. Hybrid working is available with some site presence required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Excel and data recording of financial statistics.
• Strong communication skills with challenging customers.
• Experience in leading a small team and motivating staff.
