You will manage a busy and varied caseload of cases and applications, with a particular emphasis on enforcement and compliance, where your contribution can add significant value across the city.
The main office base for the job is County Hall, a short walk from the beautiful Cardiff Bay, however we have embraced the benefits of hybrid home-office working. You will also be given the necessary management and team support, flexible working, peer review and skill sharing to enable you to successfully undertake your role and develop professionally.
You will ideally have a qualification and experience in town planning or similar qualifications and experience, good communication skills and will be able to manage multiple priorities.
