Responsibilities

• Act as a case officer for strategic/major and/or non-strategic developments, including pre-application advice and formal planning applications.
• Provide technical and/or operational leadership for the delivery of an effective and quality service that complies with statutory and Council requirements.
• Utilise specialist knowledge to take a lead role in service delivery.
