The main office base for the job is County Hall, in the heart of the beautiful Cardiff Bay, however we have embraced the benefits of hybrid home-office working.
You will also be given the necessary management and team support, flexible working, peer review and skill sharing to enable you to successfully undertake your role and develop professionally.
To act as a case officer for strategic / major and/or non-strategic developments, including pre-application advice and formal planning applications.
Provide technical and/or operational leadership for the delivery of an effective and quality service that complies with statutory and Council requirements.
Utilise specialist knowledge and expertise to take a lead role in service delivery.
