Job summary

NSL in the United Kingdom is seeking a DVLA Enforcement Officer to enforce parking and DVLA-related actions. You will liaise with the public, advise on payment methods, and collaborate with other agencies to support enforcement actions.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work shifts and on your own initiative. Training is provided with progression opportunities and a competitive pay package.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and customer focused.

• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Liaises with members of the public and give advice regarding clamping and fines.
• Advises the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle.
• Work alongside other agencies when required including Police DVLA and VOSA.
• Deals with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures the relevant information packs are available.
• Ensures all vehicles and enforcement equipment is serviced and fit for purpose reporting faults to the Manager.
• Completes daily reports regarding activities
