Job summary

Constant and Co (Bedford) Ltd is seeking an Enforcement Officer to join its team, focusing on removing trespassers from land and buildings across England and Wales. The role emphasizes safety, training and a strong team ethos.

The position requires a DBS clearance (formerly CRB), a valid driving licence, and flexibility to work 40 hours weekly with weekend rotation. Prior enforcement experience or related security background is desirable.

Qualifications

• DBS criteria met (previously CRB).
• Certificated Enforcement Agent Level 2 ICM or equivalent, with training planned.
• Clean driving licence with a clean record and no more than 6 penalty points.
• Able to drive both manual and automatic cars.

Responsibilities

• Carry out removal of trespassers from land and buildings across England and Wales.
• Be flexible to rotas; 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri plus 1 in 4 weekends).

Hours:

40 hrs a week (Monday to Friday plus 1 in 4 weekends on a rota basis – Saturdays only)

Requirements:

• DBS criteria met (Previously CRB)
• Certificated Enforcement Agent at Level 2 ICM Qualified or above or will train to pass exams within agreed time frame with manager.
• Clean driving licence (No offence for incorrect use of mobile, no drink/driving, no more than 6 penalty points)
• Be able to drive both manual and automatic cars.

Highly Desirable:

• Other appropriate experience - e.g. security /police / armed forces
• Industry experience in: HC, CRAR, Repo, Process Serving, Direct Action
• In date SIA license
