Job summary

Marston Holdings Limited is seeking a Civil Enforcement Officer to patrol streets and car parks in Taunton, ensuring safe, fair parking and assisting the public. The role requires outdoor work in all weather and driving is essential.

You'll provide guidance, issue notices as needed, and collaborate with local authorities to support the community. A commitment to safety and integrity is vital for success in this public-facing position.

• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling streets and car parks with confidence and professionalism
• Supporting the public with clear, helpful guidance, including advice on where to park safely
• Spending extended periods outdoors on your feet, staying active in all weather conditions
• Encouraging fair and safe parking by issuing notices when required
• Helping to keep traffic moving and neighbourhoods accessible
• Reporting issues such as abandoned vehicles or blocked access points
• Working in partnership with local authorities and councils
• Acting with integrity and contributing to a safer, more welcoming community
