Job summary

Marston Holdings is seeking Civil Enforcement Officers to patrol streets and car parks, guiding the public on safe parking and maintaining fair access for all. The role is outdoors, demanding resilience and a calm, professional approach in all weather.

You will work as part of a local authority‑style team, reporting issues, supporting residents, and helping keep neighbourhoods safe and welcoming while upholding public-space compliance and community safety standards.

Qualifications

• Willingness to patrol streets and car parks independently.
• Ability to guide the public on parking and safety.
• Physically resilient and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Patrolling streets and car parks with confidence and professionalism.

• Spending extended periods outdoors on your feet, staying active in all weather.
• Encouraging fair and safe parking by issuing notices when required.
• Helping to keep traffic moving and neighbourhoods accessible.
• Reporting issues such as abandoned vehicles or blocked access points.
• Working in partnership with local authorities and councils.
• Acting with integrity and contributing to a safer, more welcoming community.

This is a role for people who value independence, take responsibility seriously, enjoy working outdoors and are motivated to make a positive difference in their local community. As one of our Civil Enforcement Officers - also known as Traffic Wardens or Parking Attendants - you’ll help keep streets safe, accessible and fair for everyone. Every day is varied and engaging, requiring accountability, sound judgement and the ability to work outdoors in all weathers while playing an important part in supporting the public.
