Ofcom, the UK communications regulator, is recruiting for an Associate in the Enforcement team. The role focuses on delivering enforcement casework, supporting policy projects, and advocacy to promote deterrence.

You will monitor investigations, analyse evidence, and engage with stakeholders to uphold consumer protection and market integrity. As part of the Enforcement team, you will contribute to ensuring compliance across telecoms, postal and broadcasting sectors, helping to protect the public

Responsabilités

• Deliver enforcement investigation casework and monitoring programmes, define scope, gather and analyse evidence, draft outputs, manage stakeholders, meet timetables.
• Collaborate with policy areas to influence policy development and design enforceable regulation.
• Develop relationships across Ofcom policy, legal and operational teams and with external stakeholders to communicate expectations and deter non-compliance.
