We routinely monitor complaints, analyse evidence and take swift action to deal firmly and effectively where we see harm, including opening formal investigations, issuing penalties and seeking redress where appropriate.

As Ofcom's responsibilities continue to evolve, the Enforcement team is increasingly at the forefront of some of the most significant challenges facing the UK, from helping to make the online world safer to protecting the security and resilience of the communications networks and digital infrastructure that keep the country connected.
