Job summary

Bristow & Sutor in London is seeking a certificated Enforcement Agent to cover Central London and surrounding boroughs. You will visit homes and businesses, negotiate recoveries, and arrange payments, while following the regulations.

The role includes managing case notes, supporting vulnerable customers, and working to targets. A full UK manual driving licence and a clean record are required, with extensive training provided and a generous total reward package.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• No CCJs and Criminal Record.

What you will do

As a certificated Enforcement Agent, you will be responsible for a designated geographical area and undertake activities on behalf of our clients including:

• Visit customers' homes and businesses
• Negotiate professionally and confidently to maximise successful recoveries
• Take payments, set up arrangements and help customers complete an income questionnaire
• Take control of goods when there's no other option, always following the regulations
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports, and payment records
• Identify and support customer vulnerability by recognising signs of hardship, adapting your approach and ensuring appropriate referral pathways are followed
