Job summary

Bristow & Sutor Group in London is seeking Enforcement Agents to cover central London areas including Southwark, Bermondsey, Camberwell, Hammersmith and Fulham, Paddington, Camden, Islington, Bethnal Green and Stepney. The role offers a basic salary of £26,441–£28,460 with potential earnings of £40,000–£65,000 and a company car with a fuel card.

As a certificated Enforcement Agent you will visit homes and businesses, negotiate recoveries, take payments, set up arrangements, and record case

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes and businesses within a designated area.
• Negotiate professionally to maximise recoveries and ensure compliance.
• Take payments, set up payment arrangements, and assist with income questionnaires.
• Take control of goods when required, following regulations.
• Maintain accurate case notes and visit reports.
• Identify hardship signals and refer to appropriate support pathways.

What you will do

As a certificated Enforcement Agent, you will be responsible for a designated geographical area and undertake activities on behalf of our clients including:

• Visit customers' homes and businesses
• Negotiate professionally and confidently to maximise successful recoveries
• Take payments, set up arrangements and help customers complete an income questionnaire
• Take control of goods when there's no other option, always following the regulations
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports, and payment records
• Identify and support customer vulnerability by recognising signs of hardship, adapting your approach and ensuring appropriate referral pathways are followed
