Job summary

Bristow & Sutor is seeking certificated Enforcement Agents for Brighton and surrounding areas including Worthing, Eastbourne, Lewes, Haywards Heath and Horsham. The role pays a basic salary of £26,441–£28,460 with commission/bonuses and opportunities to earn £40,000–£65,000.

A company car and fuel card are provided, plus other role essentials. Ideal candidates hold a full UK manual driving licence, have no CCJs and no criminal record, and are confident communicators who can manage targets while

What You Will Do

As a certificated Enforcement Agent, you will be responsible for a designated geographical area and undertake activities on behalf of our clients including:

• Visit customers' homes and businesses
• Negotiate professionally and confidently to maximise successful recoveries
• Take payments, set up arrangements and help customers complete an income questionnaire
• Take control of goods when there's no other option, always following the regulations
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports, and payment records
• Identify and support customer vulnerability by recognising signs of hardship, adapting your approach and ensuring appropriate referral pathways are followed

• Ability to remain calm, firm and fair
• You like working to targets and being paid for what you achieve
• Good time management, you can organise yourself and own your results

• A full UK Manual Driving Licence
