Job summary

Bristow & Sutor Group is recruiting Enforcement Agents for North West London and surrounding areas. The role involves visiting customers at home or business premises, negotiating to maximise recoveries, taking payments and arranging income questionnaires, and taking control of goods when required.

You’ll maintain detailed records and support vulnerable customers with appropriate referrals. The group offers a basic salary of £26,441–£28,460 with uncapped earnings potential (£40,000–£65,000)

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in handling difficult/sensitive conversations.
• Ability to remain calm, firm and fair under pressure.
• Enjoy working to targets and being rewarded for results.
• Good time management and self-organisation.
• Ability to talk to anyone and listen as well as speak.
• Treat people with respect and sound judgement.
• Holds a full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• Background free of CCJs and criminal records.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes and businesses.
• Negotiate professionally to maximise recoveries.
• Take payments, set up payment arrangements and assist with income questionnaires.
• Take control of goods when necessary, following regulations.
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports and payment records.
• Identify vulnerable customers and refer appropriately.
