Job summary

Priority Recruitment Services Ltd represents a well-established organisation recruiting Enforcement Agents in Cardiff and surrounding areas. You will visit customers' homes and businesses to recover debts, negotiating payments and arranging suitable plans while following the law and regulations.

Flexible working hours span from early morning to evening, with a basic salary of £26,441–£28,460 and ambitious OTE (£40,000–£65,000).

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes and businesses within your designated geographical area.
• Communicate professionally and confidently with customers to maximise successful debt recoveries.
• Negotiate payment in full or establish suitable repayment arrangements.
• Complete income and expenditure questionnaires where required.
• Take control of goods when necessary, in accordance with relevant legislation and regulations.
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports and payment records.
• Recognise and support vulnerable customers, adapting your approach to their individual circumstances.
• Manage your own workload, organise daily visits and work towards performance targets.
• Handle difficult and sensitive conversations calmly, fairly and professionally.

Enforcement Agent Location: Cardiff including: Barry, Pontypridd, Abertillery, Pontypool, Newport, Chepstow Salary: £26,441 - £28,460 basic salary, with OTE of £40,000 - £65,000 Hours: Flexible working hours, with start times varying between 5am and 9pm Requirements: Full UK manual driving licence.

Applicants must be free of CCJs and criminal convictions.
