Job summary

BDS Recruitment seeks a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager for an ongoing, part-time post in Enfield. The role focuses on daily communication with residents living independently within the scheme, assessing their needs, and signposting information.

DBS check within 12 months is required and health and safety checks will be routine. Working 20 hours weekly across Monday to Wednesday, the position targets older adults (55+).

Qualifications

• Must hold an Enhanced DBS check dated in the last 12 months or on the update service.
• Experience in sheltered or supported housing is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Welfare checks on residents.
