Job summary

Interv_l Group | B Corp™ is recruiting for a bids and tender administrator to coordinate proposals for electricity networks and low-carbon infrastructure. You will gather information from engineering, operations and commercial teams, draft responses and drive compliant submissions on time.

You will manage submission documents and portals, check clarity and accuracy, keep reusable material current, and support reviews and follow-up to improve future bids.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting bids, proposals or tender administration within engineering, construction, utilities or infrastructure.
• Clear written English and careful proofreading are essential, with ability to gather information from multiple teams and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Break down tender requirements, identify information needed and coordinate contributions from relevant teams.
• Draft and refine responses explaining how the business would deliver work with evidence and examples.
• Manage submission documents and procurement portals, tracking deadlines and required information.
• Check proposals for clarity, accuracy and compliance before submission.
• Maintain reusable bid material including project profiles and staff experience.
• Support internal reviews, clarification requests and follow-up activity.
