Job summary

E.ON Next in Nottingham is looking for an Energy Specialist to join our customer operations team. You will deliver exceptional service over the phone and email, owning the customer journey from start to finish.

We offer hybrid working with 37 hours full-time or 30 hours part-time, full training for newcomers, 26 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, a generous pension, and an inclusive, supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Great communicator with strong English skills (written and verbal).

• It would also be great if you had previous customer service experience (don’t worry if you’re new to energy, we’ll provide full training).
