Job summary

E.ON Next Energy Ltd in the United Kingdom is hiring an Energy Specialist to own the customer journey from start to finish, delivering exceptional service over the phone and by email. You’ll resolve billing issues, assist with meter exchanges, and handle complex questions with empathy.

The role follows a flexible hybrid model with 2–3 days per week in our hubs and remaining days remote, working 9am–5pm. Starting salary is £25,983, with progression to £27,856 and up to £37,651 as you advance,
