Compass Group UK & Ireland is recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor for our Energy sector site in Peterhead. The role leads a team to deliver high cleaning and housekeeping standards within a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have experience supervising cleaning teams, strong leadership, and excellent communication. This is a full-time role with 40 hours per week, offering development opportunities within a market-leading organisation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising cleaning or frontline teams within a similar environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring high standards are maintained.
• Create a positive, engaging and inclusive working environment for your team.
• Allocate daily tasks and ensure all cleaning schedules are completed efficiently.
• Carry out quality audits and inspections, taking corrective action where required.
• Produce weekly rotas in line with operational requirements.
• Manage stock levels and place orders for cleaning consumables and equipment.
• Act as a responsible key holder when required.
• Support with administrative duties, reporting and associated compliance paperwork.
• Ensure all team members adhere to Health & Safety policies and site procedures.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellent customer service.
