Compass Group UK&I is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a busy hospitality environment on a full-time 40-hour week.

You will lead a frontline team, manage rotas, check deliveries, store stock correctly, and maintain high hygiene and safety standards while delivering great customer service. Responsibilities

• Ensure deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
• Supervise a team and foster a welcoming, supportive environment.
• Act as a responsible key holder.
• Assist with weekly bookwork and other duties as required.
• Produce weekly rotas per manager guidelines.
• Order stock to maintain correct levels.
• Delegate tasks and keep the team proactive.
• Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Comply with Health & Safety regulations.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Please note: This role is contracted to 50.2 weeks per year

Your key responsibilities may include:

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported
• Being a responsible key holder
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
• Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
• Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations

• Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
• Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service
• Team player and can-do attitude
• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
