• Supervise and support a team of cleaning operatives, maintaining high standards.

• Allocate daily tasks and ensure cleaning schedules are completed.
• Carry out quality audits and take corrective actions where needed.
• Produce weekly rotas aligned with operations.
• Manage stock levels and orders for consumables/equipment.
• Act as a responsible key holder when required.
• Support with admin duties and compliance paperwork.
• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety policies and site procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement and customer service excellence.
