You'll work from the office, with rotational shifts, and have uncapped commission tied to targets. A confident communicator with a proven sales record will thrive in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Previous outbound telesales experience is essential.
• Experience in energy industry is preferred.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, driven and target-focused.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to engage customers and generate sales.
• Build rapport and identify customer needs through questioning.
