Energy Potential Tech Solutions Limited is seeking a Support Analyst to join their on-site team in North Wales. You will deliver IT support through the EPTECH desk, helping clients run day-to-day operations and exploring solutions with empathy and clarity.

The role emphasizes problem solving, strong communication, and willingness to learn about the energy and utilities sector while working in a fast-growing SaaS startup environment.

Qualifications

• A first class or strong 2:1 degree in a business or IT related discipline.
• Experience in managing databases.

Responsibilities

• Assist on the EPTECH support desk providing IT support to resolve issues and be part of the business process outsourcing.
• Be resourceful, and capable of solving complex problems.
• Be enthusiastic about helping clients achieve their goals, understand their problems with empathy and think up solutions.
• Have strong communication and customer engagement skills; ability to dig deeper and get thorough understanding of customer needs.
• Be keen to learn about the idiosyncrasies of the energy & utility industry.
• Be able to do quantitative & qualitative market analysis.
• Be a strong team player;
• Be passionate to work in technology & start-up industry.
