Job summary

Fuse Energy in the United Kingdom is seeking a Regulatory & Compliance Analyst to navigate the regulatory landscape as we scale. You will own regulatory workstreams end-to-end, draft submissions, and coordinate with Ofgem and DESNZ as needed.

The role sits in Regulatory & External Affairs, requiring a strong degree and knowledge of UK energy regulation, with a fast-paced, high-ownership environment and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• A strong degree in policy, international relations, economics, law or a related field.
• Good knowledge of the UK energy sector and its regulatory landscape.
• Comfort with data analytics and confident in working with spreadsheets.
• Excellent written communication for regulator submissions and government correspondence.
• Highly organised with the ability to own multiple deadlines and workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of regulatory workstreams end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
• Support compliance with supply licence obligations and industry codes.
• Draft responses to regulatory consultations and stakeholder queries.
• Monitor policy developments and brief internal teams on impact.
• Build and maintain compliance trackers and internal processes.
