W Talent, partnering with a well-established waste management and resource recovery organisation, seeks an experienced supervisor to lead engineering and safety initiatives at Exeter. You will plan, implement and monitor systems to maximise operational performance while ensuring health, safety and environmental standards.

You will conduct transparent investigations into accidents, identify root causes and prevent recurrence, induct visitors and contractors into safety requirements, and promote a

Competenze

• Proven supervisory or management experience.
• Engineering qualification, ONC/HNC or equivalent.
• Health and safety qualification, IOSH or NEBOSH preferred.
• Management/leadership qualification desirable.
• Strong knowledge of power, naval, or process systems.
• Excellent communication for clear team briefings.
• Experience with Safe Systems of Work and safety docs.
