Job summary

ICIS is seeking a Computational Energy Pricing Specialist to join our editorial and data science teams. You will combine energy market analysis, price reporting, and data science to support pricing methodologies and analytical tools across European gas and power markets.

You will develop Python code and data workflows, contribute to market commentary, and collaborate with SMEs and technologists to deliver trusted market intelligence and pricing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with Python and data-analysis libraries.
• Strong numerical accuracy and ability to interrogate datasets.
• Knowledge of commodity markets and energy pricing.
• Proficient written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Assess prices and explain market drivers across European energy markets.
• Develop Python code and applications to automate data gathering and pricing workflows.
