Job summary

Smart Managed Solutions in City of London is seeking a Building Performance Engineer to evaluate and optimise energy usage across our portfolio. You will analyse data from energy and mechanical systems to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings, and work with stakeholders to implement strategies.

The role focuses on monitoring performance, coordinating with maintenance teams, and driving sustainable improvements in line with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Suitably qualified degree in Energy/Environmental Management or Building Services Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of related experience in energy management, sustainability or a related field.

Responsibilities

Monitor energy data to evaluate asset performance and suggest improvements.
Analyse energy usage and identify efficiency opportunities across the portfolio.
Monitor optimisation results and report on outcomes to stakeholders.
Drive continuous implementation of energy efficiency measures portfolio-wide.
Collaborate with Operational Maintenance and Professional Services teams to support portfolio goals.
