Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a Quantity Surveyor background to support major infrastructure, energy and natural resources programmes across the UK. You will lead contract management and change control across complex, high-value contracts while providing robust commercial and quantity surveying expertise.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Chartered status, or working towards Chartership, is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management and change control across major projects.
• Manage contract variations, claims and commercial risk.
• Oversee supplier performance, governance and compliance.
• Provide cost, commercial and quantity surveying support.
• Support procurement, reporting and stakeholder management.
• Drive value, performance improvement and successful commercial outcomes.
• Experience in Contract Management, Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying.
