Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Contract Manager, with a Quantity Surveyor background, to lead contract management and change control across major infrastructure and energy projects in the UK.

You will work with senior commercial stakeholders, project teams, suppliers and contractors to ensure changes are identified, assessed, governed and implemented, supporting programme objectives and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Contract Management, Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying.
• Background delivering major Infrastructure or Energy projects.
• Experience managing complex contracts, change control and commercial risk.
• Strong cost management, forecasting and commercial reporting skills.
• Knowledge of NEC3/4 and/or FIDIC contracts.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management and change control across major projects.
• Manage contract variations, claims and commercial risk.
• Oversee supplier performance, governance and compliance.
• Provide cost, commercial and quantity surveying support.
• Support procurement, reporting and stakeholder management.
• Drive value, performance improvement and successful commercial outcomes.
