Job summary

ISS is seeking a Senior Energy Manager to take greater responsibility for delivering energy savings and energy-related services across client portfolios in the UK. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team and drive energy performance improvements across diverse estates.

You will work within a robust operational structure to support the growth of energy management services for ISS clients, liaising with local and global FM teams and stakeholders to meet contractual requirements and ambitious

Responsibilities

• Develop ways of working to evidence and deliver energy consumption savings across client portfolios.
• Develop and support a high-performing team of energy professionals.
• Operate within a strong operational structure to support energy performance contract growth across a key account.
• Implement and oversee standardised processes to support optimisation across multiple regions.
• Deliver and support the delivery of energy reduction initiatives across commercial, data centre and retail estates, measuring performance against international standards.
• Liaise with local and global FM teams, stakeholders, departments and business units to support contractual requirements.
