We are seeking a proactive and skilled Energy Manager to collaborate on initiatives that optimize energy consumption, enhance sustainability, and achieve cost savings across the client existing building portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in energy management, sustainability, and engineering, combined with a passion for implementing innovative solutions to reduce carbon footprints and improve operational efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Set measurable energy performance targets and track progress against goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with operational requirements and sustainability goals.
2. Design and manage energy efficiency and conservation projects, including renewable energy integration, HVAC optimization, and lighting retrofits.
3. Monitor energy consumption across all facilities and develop actionable insights using energy management systems.
4. Prepare detailed reports on energy performance, savings, and reductions for stakeholders.
5. Act as the point of contact for energy-related initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Work with internal engineers to advise and implement energy-saving measures.
7. Willing to travel throughout Europe to lead investigations to diagnose issues unresolvable remotely.
8. Integrate into the existing E&S delivery team working across client sites.

Person Specification:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of implementing energy efficiency projects and achieving measurable results.
3. Experience with energy auditing tools and techniques.
4. CMVP or PMVA certified.
5. Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, lighting, controls, etc.) and renewable energy technologies.
6. Proficient in energy management software and data analysis tools.
7. Ability to communicate complex energy concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
