• Support developers on Power Purchase Agreements and energy services contracts.

Energy & Infrastructure Solicitor, NQ-2 Years PQE, Birmingham, £62,000+ (DOE)

This is a unique opportunity for a Newly Qualified Energy & Infrastructure Solicitor to be part of a cutting-edge sector at the forefront of the energy transition and infrastructure innovation.

THE ROLE:

1. You will be responsible for your own varied caseload and also support more senior members of the team on more complex matters.
2. Focus on the commercial aspects of a broad range of clean energy and next-generation infrastructure projects.
3. Advising on the design, build, and maintenance of onshore wind, solar, battery storage, and energy-from-waste assets.
4. Supporting clean energy developers and corporate buyers on commercial arrangements, including Power Purchase Agreements and energy services contracts.
5. Working on EV charging, digital infrastructure, and green hydrogen projects.
