Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is recruiting for a Project Planner in Glasgow to lead the development and management of detailed project programmes from tender through to construction.

The role requires NEC3/NEC4 experience, Primavera P6 proficiency, and a Civil Engineering degree or equivalent. The position offers hybrid working, a strong pipeline of energy infrastructure projects, and a supportive, growing contractor environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Project Planner within an Energy environment.
• Knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 processes and requirements.
• Experience using Primavera P6 is essential.
• Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and maintain project programmes across tender and construction phases.
• Develop Work Breakdown Structures aligned with project scope.
• Ensure programmes are compliant with NEC3 and NEC4 requirements.
• Identify delay drivers and maintain programme records to support entitlement claims.
• Visiting sites as required.
• Monday to Friday, 8-5 with a minimum of 3 days in the office.
